> Is there a group registration for Singapore Airshow?

> What are the Admission Fees for Trade Days?

The standard rates for a Single Day pass is $70 per person, per day and a Four-day pass is $250 per person. Prices quoted are inclusive of taxes.

> What access does the trade pass allow?

The trade pass allows visitors to enter the Exhibition Hall and Static Display Area. The Opening Ceremony and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony are for invited guests only.

> Can trade visitors also visit the show on the Public Days?

The Trade Visitor Pass is valid only for entry during the trade days of 11 to 14 Feb 2020. For access during the Public Days of 15 & 16 Feb 2020, Trade Visitors will need to purchase Public Day tickets separately. 

Please note that ticket sales for the Public Days will be made available in December 2019.

> Is there a contact for registration enquiries?

> Who can visitors contact if they did not receive a verification email after registering online?

Visitors may send their enquiries to registration@singaporeairshow.com. Please indicate Name and Email used for registration for easy reference.

> Can additional day passes be added to a completed registration?

Yes. Upon registration, login details to the Visitor Centre will be emailed to the registrant. The registrant will be able to purchase additional day passes through the Visitor Centre. For any enquiries, please email to registration@singaporeairshow.com.

> Will there be on-site registration for Trade Day Passes?

Yes, visitors can register on-site during Trade Days.

> Can visitors collect trade passes on behalf of someone?

No, trade visitors are to be present when collecting their trade passes.

> When and where can passes be collected?

All passes are to be collected on-site during the event days at the registration counters.

Trade Invitations

> How do visitors register for the event using the complimentary Trade Invitation?

Visitors will have to register online with the registration PIN stated on the Trade Invitation by 28 January 2020 in order to enjoy complimentary admission to the show. Please note that the complimentary Trade Invitation is only extended to guests by the exhibiting companies and partners of Singapore Airshow 2020.

> Can visitors also register for the Business Forums if they register for the event using the complimentary trade invitation?

Yes, visitors can register for the Business Forums if they are using the complimentary trade invitations. However, the Business Forums are still chargeable at S$100 per person, per forum. As limited seats are available, visitors are encouraged to register for the Business Forums in advance.

> Can trade visitors also visit the show on the Public Days?

The Trade Invitation is valid only for the trade days from 11 to 14 Feb 2020. Visitors will need to purchase Public Day tickets separately should they wish to visit the show on the Public Days over the weekends on 16 and 16 Feb 2020. Public day tickets will be available for purchase in December 2019.

Business Forums

> Which Business Forums will be available at the show?

There will be three business forums at the show -- Next Generation MRO in a Digital World, Changing The Game For Manufacturing, and the inaugural edition of Innovation Forum.

> Do visitors need to register for the Singapore Airshow to attend the Business Forums?

Yes, visitors will need to be a registered Trade Visitor in order to attend the Business forums.

> Do visitors need to pay to attend the Business Forums? 

Yes, the Business Forums are chargeable at S$100 per forum. 

> Can visitors still register for Business Forums at a later date after registering as a Trade Visitor?

Yes, visitors can still register for the Business Forums (subject to availability of seats). Registered visitors may register for Business Forums via their Visitors Centre account.

> How do Media register for a Media Pass?

> How do Trade Visitors retrieve their login details for to Visitors Centre?

The login details will be sent over to you through the provided email address after registration. Visitors may also use the 'Forget Password' function on the login page and the password will be resent to your email.

Visitors may send their enquiries to registration@singaporeairshow.com. Please indicate Name and NRIC / Passport Number in the email for easy reference.

> What should I do if I forget my Visitors Centre password?

B2B Meeting Scheduler

> What is the B2B Meeting Scheduler?

The B2B meeting scheduler is an online appointment scheduling system that facilitates business matching for the Trade Show. The system allows Trade Visitors to pre-arrange appointments with Exhibitors for the show days.

> How do Trade Visitors/Exhibitors get access to the B2B Meeting appointment scheduling system?

Trade visitors who opt-in to the programme during registration, and all exhibitors will get access to the scheduling system. Login details to the system will be emailed to the registrant/exhibitor in early January 2020. For assistance, please email enquiries2020@singaporeairshow.com.

Flying Displays

> When are the Aerobatic Flying Displays?

The Aerobatic Flying Display schedule for Singapore Airshow 2020 will be made available at a later date. Click here to subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates.

> Where is the best location to view the Aerobatic Flying Displays?

The best location to view the Aerobatic Flying Displays is at the Plaza, which is an open outdoor area in front of the exhibition hall. There is also a grandstand at the Plaza for visitors. However, seats are limited and are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

> Will the Airshow site be very noisy during the aerobatic flying displays?

Yes, the Airshow site will be very noisy during the aerobatic flying displays. Visitors are advised to bring along ear plugs.

> What are the Flying Teams for the aerobatic flying displays?

The flying team listing will be published in January 2020. Please check the website for the latest update.

Static Aircraft Displays

The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated right beside the main exhibition hall.

Admission

> Is there a dress code?

Yes. Trade visitors can be dressed in business or smart casual attire. Please note that the Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest dressed in tattered jeans, shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers, beach sandals, etc, or in any dressing termed inappropriate for the event.

> Is there an age restriction for attending the event during the Trade Days?

Yes, trade days are strictly for trade visitors and professionals who are 18 years old and above only.

> Can visitors bring children to the event during the Trade Days?

No, admission to the event during the Trade Days are strictly for trade visitors and professionals who are 18 years old and above only.

> Is re-admission allowed on Trade Days?

Yes, if re-admission is within the same day ticket purchased.

> Can misplaced passes be replaced?

There will be no replacement for loss of trade passes.

How To Get There

> Where is the event held?

The event is held at Changi Exhibition Centre, 9 Aviation Park Road, Singapore 498760. GPS Coordinates: 1.364025,104.022153

> How do I get to the show site by car?

Access to CEC from 10 – 16 February 2020 is via Tanah Merah Coast Road only. There is no access from Loyang Avenue, Telok Paku Road, Nicoll Drive, Changi Coast Road and Aviation Park Road. Please refer to the Traffic Arrangements around Changi Exhibition Centre for travel between 31 January – 19 February 2020.

Only visitors with a valid Singapore Airshow Vehicle Labels will be allowed access into the exhibition site.

> How do visitors get to the show site by taxi?

Visitors can alight at the designated pick-up/drop-off taxi bay at the show site. Please note that a location surcharge of S$12 will be applicable if you are taking a taxi from the event venue.

> Is booking of taxis & private hire cars allowed?

No, it is not allowed due to the lack of holding area for such vehicles, and high traffic volume expected during the event.

> Are there Shuttle Bus services available?

Yes, shuttle bus services will be available. More information on the shuttle bus can be found here.

> Are there any Shuttle Bus services from the town area or from any of the hotels in town?

Yes, there will be shuttle services operating to and from selected hotels in town during the Trade Days (11-14 February 2020) only. More information on Hotel Shuttle can be found here.

Hotel shuttle service is chargeable at S$15 per person for a single-way transfer, and S$25 per person for two-way transfer.

> I am taking Taxi to the venue and will only require a shuttle bus ticket from CEC to Singapore Expo, is a one-way ticket available?

Yes. One-way transfer from CEC to Singapore Expo is available at S$10 per person. Payment will be collected at the Airshow Shuttle Boarding Point located near the Registration Gateway. More information on the Airshow Shuttle can be found here.

> Where is the coach queue located at Singapore Expo?

The Airshow Shuttle will be available at Singapore Expo, Hall 7. When you exit from the MRT gantry, turn left and follow our Singapore Airshow banners and signs.

> Are the shuttle bus services able to accommodate individuals on wheelchair?

Yes. Wheelchair Accessible Buses (WAB) will be available. Please make it known to our ground staff if you require a WAB and they will assist you.

Car Park Labels

> How do exhibitors and trade visitors purchase car park labels?

Exhibitors may purchase car park labels through the online Exhibitor eManual. Trade visitors may purchase the car park labels (for vehicles up to 8-seater) from SISTIC website.

> Can coach labels be purchased?

Coach labels are only available for exhibitors. Please send your enquiry to carpark@singaporeairshow.com.

> Are there any other car parks near to the show event?

The nearest car park is at the Changi Ferry Terminal, however it is recommended that all visitors park at our General Car Park as access to the exhibition site is via Changi Exhibition Centre.

Visitors are reminded NOT TO park along Changi Coast Road as vehicles will be towed away.

> Are there any complimentary shuttle bus services from the Singapore Changi Airport to the Official or Supporting hotels?

No, there are no complimentary shuttle bus services from the Singapore Changi Airport to the Official or Supporting hotels. However, airport transfer services can be arranged by the hotels for a fee.

The function rooms are located near the front of the exhibition hall and are open for booking by exhibitors.

> Are there any Corporate Hospitality Desks available for exhibitor bookings?

Yes, there are Corporate Hospitality Desk available for exhibitor bookings. They are conveniently located within the Registration Gateway.

> Is there a lounge for Exhibitors? 

Yes, there is an Exhibitors Club lounge for exhibitors to use. Each exhibitor can invite up to 2 guests to the Exhibitors Club lounge. 

Please note that access to the lounge is strictly upon presentation of the Exhibitors Club card. Each exhibiting company will be issued with an Exhibitors Club card.

> Is there internet access at the show site?

The Internet Centre, located within the exhibition hall, offers well-equipped multi-station internet connection where guests can check email and access the internet on a complimentary basis throughout the day. There are also several Wi-Fi hotspots available within the exhibition hall where visitors may enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the day.

Yes there is. Please refer to the on-site location board for the exact location.

> Is the show site disabled-access friendly?

Yes, the show site is disabled-access friendly. Visitors may purchase a car park label to drive into the show site.

> Are there ATMs at the show site?

No, there are no ATMs at the show site. Visitors are advised to bring sufficient cash.

> Is smoking allowed at the show site?

Yes, but only within the designated smoking areas. Please refer to the on-site location board for the exact locations.

> Is baggage storage or lockers available at the Singapore Airshow?

Baggage storage, lockers or coat check services are not available at Changi Exhibition Centre. Visitors are encouraged to travel light.

> Is first aid or medical assistance available?

Yes, a medical centre is available on-site to assist members of the public.

Food & Beverage

> Are Food & Beverages available at the show site?

Yes, there will be a variety of F&B outlets located within the hall as well as near the static aircraft display area.

> Are visitors allowed to bring their own food and drinks to the show site?

Yes. However, visitors are reminded to dispose their trash in the garbage bins provided on-site. Let’s keep the Singapore Airshow clean.

> Are there any Halal food stalls?

Yes, there is only one (1) Halal certified food stall, (8) Halal Food Truck. Visitors are advised to inquire with F&B vendors prior to purchase if their items contain pork or lard.

> Are there any Vegetarian food stalls?

Yes. There are vegan and vegetarian food options available at selected stalls. Do inquire with the F&B vendor prior to purchase.

> Where is the nearest food centre located near the event venue?

The nearest food centre is located at Changi Village which is 15 minutes away by taxi and 1 hour by foot from the Changi Exhibition Centre.

> What are the opening hours of Singapore Airshow on Trade Days?

Please refer to the following for the opening hours on Trade Days. 

Trade Visitors will only be allowed entry into the Exhibition Hall at the official opening hours.

> What should I do with the lost & found items?

You can pass it to the Registration Counter, Information Counter or Event Service Centre located within the exhibition hall. 

> What if I lost my item at the Singapore Airshow?

You can approach the Information Counter or the Event Service Centre to report the loss of your items. 

> What do we do if someone requires medical assistance?

Please refer them (if they are still mobile) or bring them personally to Medical Post at Function Room 8.

> Are Cameras and Photography allowed in the Singapore Airshow?

> Are personal mobility devices allowed to enter into Changi Exhibition Centre?

No. All mobility devices such as Bicycles, Electronic scooters, skateboards are not allowed to be used or to enter into Changi Exhibition Centre.

> Are there lockers provided for visitors?

No, there will be no lockers provided. Hence, visitors are encouraged to travel light. 

> Will ear muffs or ear plugs be provided at the airshow?

No. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own ear muff and ear plugs as it can be very noisy at the Airshow.
